As an educational consultant, Shelley works with schools to identify, prioritize and implement short term goals and long range plans.
Services Include:
Developing systems for productive teacher evaluation that are tied to professional development
Creating teacher observation structures that provide clear, meaningful feedback related to larger instructional goals
Implementing strategies to build strong faculty culture and respectful, professional relationships
Modeling and implementing clinical supervision of teachers
Writing and implementing long-range strategic instructional planning
Consulting services include three 50 minute Zoom or in-person meetings per month and periodic email or phone check-ins
Whole faculty and small group training and coaching in literacy instruction, best practice math instruction, creating warm and caring classroom communities, and classroom management.
